A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
Used, damaged, or altered items.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Clearance or final sale items.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (within 7–10 business days).
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
