Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (within 7–10 business days).

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
